Ugandan TV presenter Dagy Nyce has joined other Ugandans asking local events organisers to avoid booking Nigerian artistes for concerts at the expense of Ugandan musicians. Lai Mohammed slams N100bn libel suit against Pointblank News

Information and Culture Minister Lai Mohammed has dragged an online publication, Pointblank News, before an Abuja High court over alleged libel. In a copy of the Writ of Summon obtained by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja, the minister is seeking the sum of N50 billion aggravated and exemplary damages for alleged libel from the defendants.
